We are thrilled to announce and congratulate three of our own, Dalip Haxhiu, Jennifer Sremanak, and Josh Fredette, on successfully becoming Certified Flight Instructors. We couldn’t be more proud of their hard work and dedication to achieving this milestone. As they embark on their journey as instructors, we wish them the best of luck in their new endeavors.
Dalip Haxhiu
It’s an honor to be joining the Fly Legacy family as a flight Instructor! I started at Legacy with zero hours and the journey has been amazing. With hard work, dedication and support from everyone at this amazing school it has made my dream possible. Ever since I was six years old I would always tell my family that one day I’ll become a pilot and finally I’ve made that dream a realization. Throughout my journey there’ve been ups and downs but dedication and passion for flying has helped me become the pilot I am today. I want to thank my flight instructor Luca and many others at Legacy for mentoring me and helping me get to this huge accomplishment. As a flight instructor I’m excited to help students reach their goals in this amazing career and help through the hardships along the way. To be a CFI is to be a mentor and pave the way for your students. It may be challenging at times but the reward is amazing in the end.
Jennifer Sremanak
I am so grateful and honored to join the Fly Legacy Team as a certified flight instructor. Flying is a passion that came to me a little later in life. I graduated from Penn State with a Bachelor of Science in elementary education and a Bachelor of Arts in history, but after a couple years of teaching in the classroom I decided to stay home to raise my three daughters during their early years. With the support and encouragement of my father, who is a pilot, I began my flight training in 2020 at Fly Legacy. During that time I also worked for Republic Airways as a flight attendant, learning the many unique qualities of life in the airline industry. In 2022, I joined the administrative staff at Fly Legacy while completing my commercial and CFI certifications. I am incredibly thankful to Alex and Sebastian for their unwavering support which has allowed me to grow, learn, and do what I love. To my instructors Declan, Nikita, Kevin, Max, and Jim; thank you for building me up and holding me to the highest standards. I hope to offer the same encouragement, motivation, and support to my students.
Josh Fredette
I am very excited to join the team of wonderful instructors at Fly Legacy Aviation. My goal as an instructor is to help create safe, competent pilots by passion on the information given to me during my training at Legacy. Throughout my time flying, I have learned many valuable lessons and have made many mistakes. My objective is to impart the wisdom I have learned from these experiences in order to make better and safer pilots out of all my students. I am prepared to give my students the patience and dedication that they should expect from a flight instructor, and to go beyond that in any way that I can. I would like to thank my instructors, Declan, Julian, Jerin, and Jim for getting me to the point I am at now. I could not have done it without them, and will continue to use the information they have imparted to me throughout my flying career.
