Piedmont Airlines has selected Legacy Aviation as a preferred training provider to build their pilot pipelines with the best training in the fastest time frame possible, offering Airline Cadet Program students at least $11,000 in airline tuition reimbursement.

Piedmont has direct, seniority-based flow to American with NO INTERVIEW and NO BACHELOR’S DEGREE REQUIRED.

It’s a Fastest Flow to American Airlines

By successfully passing program screening, you will begin an all-inclusive aviation training program with rigorous professional flight standards, career guidance and concurrent. Our program will provide you with a comprehensive learning experience and a defined path to employment.

During your training, you will receive professional pilot mentorship and will develop leadership, professionalism and crew management skills. With four days of flight training per week, you can become a flight instructor within 18 months and complete the program within 24 months!

Piedmont will offer conditional employment to the selected candidates and pay a bonus structure for every 100 hours CFIs fly at Legacy Aviation until they reach the required ATP minimums. Additionally, program participants will also receive a $5000 signing bonus, and allow the candidate to jump from flight instructing one day, to commercial airline pilot at Piedmont in the shortest time possible. This agreement also allows Legacy Aviation pilots who are hired by Piedmont to be placed on the flow through list for American Airlines.

Piedmont’s Cadet Program Offers Big Opportunities for New Pilots

Once qualified as a CFI with 500 hours at Legacy Aviation, you are eligible for the Piedmont Cadet Program.

As a Cadet instructor, you will receive partial tuition reimbursement each month, as well as numerous opportunities, including mentorship with airline industry experts.

At Restricted ATP/ATP minimums, you will be enrolled in an ATP-CTP course, including transportation and accommodations, at no cost to you.

After completing the ATP-CTP course and ATP Knowledge Exam, you will be placed into the next First Officer new hire class at Piedmont.

  • Captain upgrade time is running 12-15 months. Pilots with 2500 TT and 1000 hours of 121 time can bid for captain while in training.
