Before I sat in a cockpit, I spent years ballroom dancing, a passion that taught me discipline, connection, and focus. Through dancing, I had the privilege of meeting many incredible people, including my best friend, Nikita Lylyk, a successful pilot and former flight instructor at Fly Legacy Aviation who would later help inspire my aviation journey.
My love for flying has been building since childhood. Some of my earliest memories are of sitting with my dad in the parking lot at Fly Legacy Aviation, watching airplanes take off and land for hours. Even then, I knew there was something special about flight.
At 16, I took an introductory flight and everything clicked. I knew I wanted to make flying my career. During my sophomore year of high school, while schools were virtual due to the pandemic, I began training at Fly Legacy Aviation — the very place where my fascination with airplanes had first taken hold.
With the support, patience, and mentorship of my instructors, I earned my Private Pilot License and continued advancing through my ratings. Most recently, I earned my Certified Flight Instructor (CFI) certificate, a milestone that allows me to now help others chase their dreams of flight.
Today, I’m proud to be part of the Fly Legacy Aviation family, and excited to continue growing as a pilot and instructor, inspiring the next generation to take to the skies.
