TERMS & POLICIES
REFUNDS. Full refunds will be issued prior to 30 days before the start date. After 30 days, with receipt of a written cancellation notice, refunds, minus a $75 administrative fee, will be issued in the form of a tuition credit that can be used towards Learn to Fly Camp. We reserve the right to dismiss any camper whose conduct is detrimental to the camp and no refund will be issued. No deduction is made for late arrival or early departure. No refund will be made for withdrawal or absence due to illness or family vacation.
POLICIES. I hereby authorize the staff of Learn to Fly Camp to act for me according to their best judgment in any emergency requiring medical attention and I hereby waive and release the Camp from any and all liability for any injuries or illness incurred while at Camp. I have no knowledge of any physical impairment that would be affected by the above-named Camper’s participation in the Camp program, as outlined in the brochure. I also understand the Camp retains the right to use for publicity and advertising purposes, photographs and videotapes of Campers taken at Camp.
